Return Policy and Warranty
RETURNS
Returns are accepted on NON CUSTOMIZED leather products within 7 days of receiving. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Returns will not be accepted on customized orders. Customization includes stitching, stamping, Hi-Def, painting, etc. A restocking fee may apply.
Orders are not able to be canceled once placed. We put orders into production as they are received in order to maintain our quick lead times.
WARRANTY
All Box 31 Leatherworks products come with a career warranty. Any item that has any workmanship or material defects will be repaired by us.
PLEASE NOTE
Leather is a natural product and variations in finishes can and will occur. All of our work is done by hand and not mass production so there can be minor variations in pictures vs what is received. We strive for perfection and will not send an item out that we do not approve of.
Leather products do require care and up-keep in order to get the full life from the item. We encourage you to purchase our leather balm and condition the leather as well as clean with saddle soap.
Any paint or hi-def customization must be handled appropriately. Excessive bending, rubbing, scraping, abrasion, etc of leather will not only cause cracking and damage to paint and hi-def customization but it will also damage the leather itself.
Disclaimer - Hi-Def is NOT stamped and painted. The descriptions and examples make that very clear but we feel we need to add this into the disclaimer also. Radio Straps are intended to be worn on the inside of your jacket whether on a fire scene or an accident. The purpose of the radio strap is to protect the mic cord from heat, sharp objects and from becoming an entanglement hazard. This is only done by wearing the radio strap on the inside of the jacket. This will also aid in keeping any Hi-Def customization protected from damage.
