RETURNS

Returns are accepted on NON CUSTOMIZED leather products within 7 days of receiving. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Returns will not be accepted on customized orders. A restocking fee may apply.

WARRANTY

All Box 31 Leatherworks products come with a career warranty. Any item that has any workmanship or material defects will be repaired by us.

PLEASE NOTE

Leather is a natural product and variations in finishes can and will occur. All of our work is done by hand and not mass production so there can be minor variations in pictures vs what is received. We strive for perfection and will not send an item out that we do not approve of.

Leather products do require care and up-keep in order to get the full life from the item. We encourage you to purchase our leather balm and condition the leather as well as clean with saddle soap.

Any paint or hi-def customization must be handled appropriately. Excessive bending, rubbing, scraping, abrasion, etc of leather will not only cause cracking and damage to paint and hi-def customization but it will also damage the leather itself.
