Classic Style. Built for the Fireground.

Custom traditional 1–1 leather firefighter helmet shield, printed directly onto the leather.

Build it your way with full control over layout, text, fonts, and colors using our builder. What you see is very close to what you get, and our design team still fine-tunes everything before it goes to print.

Built by firefighters. Most shields ship in 2 business days.

What you're getting
  • Traditional layout: one upper panel, one lower panel, number in the center
  • Made from quality leather and designed to fit your existing helmet mounting holes
  • Hi-def design printed directly onto the leather
  • Fully customizable layout, text, fonts, and colors
  • Design review and cleanup before printing
Is this printed or a decal?

No vinyl, no stickers. The design is printed directly into the leather surface using our hi-def process. It will not peel off or lift like a decal.

What is hi-def printing on leather?

Hi-def printing allows for sharp detail, clean text, and consistent results. It gives you more flexibility with fonts, layout, and fine detail than traditional methods while still being built on real leather.

Turnaround time

Most shields ship in 2 business days. This can vary slightly during large events or heavy order volume, but we prioritize getting shields out fast.

Sizing and fit

Available in standard sizes including 6" and 6.5". Select the size that corresponds to your helmet model and follow our "How to Measure" guide to ensure proper fit.

How to mount your shield

Mounting hardware is not included. Shields are designed to fit standard helmet mounts.

First, install the screws into the lower part of the holder or remove the nuts if they are studs.

Then put the top of the shield in the top of the holder. Make sure it's level and use your thumbs to press firmly into the screws/studs. This will leave an impression on the back of the shield that you can use to drill or punch the proper size hole for your hardware.
